Exchange Compass is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any universities, educational institutions or program providers listed on the Platform unless explicitly stated.

3.4 No Guarantees of Outcomes

Exchange Compass makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Program admission or acceptance
  • Credit transferability to your home university
  • Visa approval or immigration outcomes
  • Program availability or continuation
  • Academic or personal outcomes from participation

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Verification

You must independently verify all critical information including application deadlines, fees, requirements, visa regulations and credit transfer policies with the relevant institutions.

4.2 Due Diligence

You are responsible for conducting proper due diligence before applying to any program, including researching the host university, understanding financial obligations and consulting with your home university's study abroad office.

4.3 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Scrape, copy or redistribute our data without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms
